Lake Chelan's luxury custom home builder
A custom home is unlike any other purchase. It becomes the place your life gathers around, often for generations, and it deserves to be built that way.
Since 1991, Parmenter Homes has treated every home as a work of craft, not a construction schedule. From our office in Chelan, we build luxury custom homes and estates on Lake Chelan and throughout North Central Washington, from Manson to Wenatchee and Leavenworth.

Meet your custom home builder
We build one kind of home: the exceptional kind. Parmenter Homes builds only custom homes and luxury estates around Lake Chelan and North Central Washington, and our work has been recognized among the finest in Washington State. Unlike a conventional general contractor, we join you at the first conversation about land and remain with you through the final walkthrough, and long after.
The Parmenter difference
Far more than construction
Land selection, design, specifications, budget, construction and care after move-in, all guided by one experienced team. Bring us in early, before the lot is purchased or the plans are drawn, and you'll feel the difference at every stage.
