Eight steps to your home

Land & Lot Acquisition

Our long-standing relationships with local real estate professionals help you find the right lot, and our team makes sure it truly suits your plans. We confirm feasibility by bringing in consultants such as soil and pool engineers, flying a drone to verify the views, and reviewing city restrictions, easements and more.
Home Design

Over the years we have built close working relationships with North Central Washington's premier architects and interior designers. We introduce you to the best fit for your style and needs, then collaborate closely with your architect on a home that meets your goals for function, design and cost.
Specifications Development

The details are what separate an extraordinary home from an ordinary one. Your Project Coordinator prepares a comprehensive Specifications Book cataloging every component of your home, from plumbing fixtures, cabinetry and appliances to finish carpentry and paint colors.
Budget & Schedule Development

Your Project Coordinator gathers subcontractor and vendor bids based on your approved Specifications Book and confirms the overall budget. Once the permit is issued, you receive a Decision Deadline Schedule that keeps every choice manageable and the build on track.
Project Management

With a full-time staff, your project never rests on one person's shoulders. Our team manages scheduling in Buildertrend, so you can see exactly where things stand, and tracks every expense with detailed monthly billing.
Home Construction

Parmenter Homes is a white-glove builder. We are the single point of contact for every subcontractor, consultant, vendor and inspector, and we resolve issues as they arise. Your Project Manager is on site daily, ensuring all work meets your specifications with the finest materials and methods.
Project Completion

Close-out begins with a thorough inspection of your new home. Todd Parmenter then joins you and your Project Manager for a detailed walkthrough to compile the final punch list. At move-in, you receive a Comprehensive Close-Out Package with your contracts, invoices, releases, city documents, manuals and warranties, along with a photographic record of the build.
Ongoing Care

Your relationship with Parmenter Homes continues well past move-in day. A home of this caliber deserves careful, ongoing maintenance, just as a fine car does. That is the purpose of Parmenter Home Services, our preventative maintenance program.
