TODD PARMENTER

Over the past three decades, Parmenter Homes has established itself as a top-tier custom home builder, recognized with national awards for its exceptional work. Founder Todd Parmenter is no stranger to accolades, having swept the competition at the Seattle Street of Dreams for years. Behind his success is a supportive partner, his high school sweetheart, and wife of 31 years, KK, who has been instrumental in building their company's legacy. With four children, two dogs, and a home Chelan, Washington, the Parmenters have built a life that reflects their values and commitment to quality. Todd's faith has also been a driving force in shaping his character and approach to building, allowing him to create homes that are not just beautiful but also imbued with a sense of purpose and meaning.

TODD HAS DEVELOPED

I grew up spending summers in the beautiful Lake Chelan, WA area surrounded by crystal clear waters and breathtaking scenery. My high school sweetheart and I first visited at the age of 16 and returned every year since. Now, we are proud to call ourselves Lake Chelan locals. It has been a lifelong dream of ours to settle down in this stunning town with our four children, and hopefully, our future grandchildren.

Before we made that dream a reality, we had many adventures along the way. My childhood was spent enjoying the outdoors and all it had to offer in Sunriver, Oregon, where my father played a significant role in the development of what it is today. From skiing and golfing to fishing and horseback riding, I developed a love for the great outdoors that would stay with me throughout my life.

After 3 years in Helena Montana, my family moved back to the Seattle area, where I attended Bothell high school and eventually played college football and ski raced for Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma. Under the guidance of the legendary coach Frosty Westering, I was part of a national championship team that instilled in me a love for the game and a dedication to teamwork and leadership.

After college, I married my high school sweetheart and began a family of our own, raising two girls and two boys. As a proud father, I had the joy of coaching my own children in football and basketball and even became the head high school football coach at Cedar Park Christian. This opportunity allowed me to pass on my love for the game to young men while also mentoring them in leadership and character building.

My love for building stems from a lifetime of experiences in faith, family, and leadership. As a native of Lake Chelan, I am inspired by the beauty of this place and am dedicated to leaving a lasting legacy for future generations through my work.
