We have the opportunity to build the clubhouse for the Ponderosa community located on Wapato Point in Chelan. The clubhouse will be done for summer 2023!
“In a world where years seem to fly by, it’s important to slow down, relax, and spend time with loved ones. Ponderosa at Wapato Point on Lake Chelan is the ideal destination for families seeking a place to call their home away from home or their full-time home. Wapato Point has been a treasured escape for decades. It’s a place where people from all walks of life can immediately unplug, kick off their shoes, grab a drink, and get on “Lake Time.” Inspired by this heritage, Wapato Point Resort is introducing a new way for families to write their name on the lake’s shore.” - Ponderosa Website
